The National Champion Philadelphia Fight and American Youth Rugby League Association are proud to announce that we will be starting up our Fight Junior Crusaders Rugby League Thursday May 24 in conjunction with the Amity Athletic Club in Berks County PA. The ages we are targeting are from 7-16. If some of the older kids want to come out, they are free to join us.
Coming off the success of our first youth rugby league clinic, the Fight will be holding their second clinic again with the Amity AC on Saturday May 5 from 10-12pm.
The British are HERE!! The Marines landed last night and are preparing for their battle with the DC Slayers on Tuesday night. They will then head to Rhode Island to face the New England Immortals select side. Finally they will face the Fight next Monday night in VA.
The 2012 Fight Vixens Dance Team held their auditions this past weekend at the new Valley Forge Casino Resort and selected a team of 18 new girls for this season.
12 Daniel Boone and Bensalem area youth and some of their parents, took part in the first of 2 introductory Rugby League Clinics put on by the Fight today. The next clinic will be in a few weeks on Saturday May 5, and lead into the 10 week league program to be run this summer!

Joel Weeks, the Philadelphia Fight half-back and Grand Final MVP, hails from the central coast of NSW, Australia. Though it's a game that could have never happened as Hurricane Irene has been bearing down on the East Coast of the USA, things were looking touch and go for the city. It was decided to move the game forward by an hour from 3 pm to 2pm to miss the worst of the storm.
