The PBR Fight 2010 Season Commences

2010 season begins with practice 6:30pm Mon April 19

The PBR Philadelphia Fight Rugby League Club advise all club personnel, interested players, trainers, conditioners and those who wish to assist, that preparations for the 2010 season commence with practice 6:30pm Monday April 19, 2010 and every Monday and Wednesday thereafter at the Conshohocken 'B'-Field, on the corner of E.13th Ave and Hallowell St, Conshohocken, PA.

Having proof of medical insurance is a MUST! The 7-week pre-season build up will consist of strength endurance exercises, aerobic & anaerobic fitness conditioning mixed with game-like ball skill sessions with body contact, RAIN, HAIL OR SHINE! Suitable clothing consisting of mouth-guard, runners & playing boots (cleats) is necessary at all sessions. ALL players should be aware that major gains in strength, endurance, speed & agility for Rugby League success must be undertaken & performed in addition to Monday & Wednesday field training. These regimes are your responsibility & should be carried out in a suitable strength training facility & on the streets, in the parks & up the hills of your neighborhood. GET FIT FOR RUGBY LEAGUE! All players have free access to the Conshohocken Health and Fitness Club, Spring Mill Park, Conshohocken. Notification to the club Coach or CEO is required before commencement.
