Peter Illfield has coached the Philadelphia Fight since 2006 and has held the position of Chairman since 2007. He arrived in Philadelphia from Maitland, NSW, Australia, in May 2006 to marry his American fiancee, Janan, whom he met while she was on holidays in Sydney, Australia, in 2005.

Jeff Preston
Club Founder-2010 Inaugural Hall of Fame Inductee
Jeff Preston has been at the forefront of rugby league development in America since his first international match as a player against Canada in 1993 in Lake Placid, NY. When the AMNRL first began, Jeff created the Philadelphia Fight RLFC and was its first player/coach. Although his playing career has ended, he still continues to promote the development of Rugby League in his current position as assistant coach of the USA Tomahawks national team and executive board member for the American National Rugby League.

The 8 East Philadelphia Fight are proud to announce the signing of former American Patriots/USA Tomahawks team trainer Ron Artingstall to their staff in 2011.
Arty was a stalwart for many years with the original USA squad the American Patriots, and then continued his duties with the USA Tomahawks for years as their main trainer and fitness guru.
